We are thrilled to welcome your team to the Unified Martial Arts Championship! Our registration process is designed to be as seamless as possible for club owners and instructors.

To ensure fair, safe, and strictly regulated matchmaking, we ask that all club registrations be completed by the lead instructor or designated club representative.

Before You Begin

What You Will Need

To make filling out the form quick and easy, please have the following information ready for your entire squad:

Club Credentials:

Your club name, lead instructor’s name, and your governing body/association details (e.g., BMABA, WKA, WUKF, etc.).

Competitor Details:

Full name, exact age, and current belt/grade for every student entering.

Matchmaking Details (Kumite Only):

To ensure safe and fair bouts, we arrange sparring competitors by exact age and experience/belt level.

Chosen Categories:

Which disciplines each student is entering (Kumite, Kata, and/or Kobudo).

How to Enter Your Team:

  • Register Your Interest: Fill out the short form below with your club’s contact details and an estimated number of competitors.
  • Receive Your Roster Pack: Our organizing team will email you the official U.M.A.C Team Roster spreadsheet.
  • Submit Your Squad: Fill in your students’ ages, grades, and chosen categories (Kumite, Kata, Kobudo), and email the sheet back to us.
  • Invoicing & Matchmaking: Once we receive your final roster, we will send over your team invoice and begin meticulously building the brackets!
